SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO GREECE AND CYPRUS

Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm (excluding Saturdays and holidays). Parcels are sent throughout Greece & Cyprus from our store in Chalkida, Ermou 23 (tel. +30 22210 86322).

• Orders up to 69.90€ have a shipping cost of 3.5€. Free shipping for purchases from €70 and above (only for Greece)

• For sending products to Cyprus, the shipping costs are €15

• The cash on delivery service is charged with an amount of 1.50€ and is valid exclusively for Greece up to the amount of 500€ (for larger amounts see other payment methods)

• All products, if available, are sent by ACS (courier) service and delivered within 2-5 working days from the order confirmation day (for Cyprus 7-12 days).

• Excluded are the cases for which it cannot be possible to transport the parcels due to weather conditions, strikes or holidays.

• In case you want to receive the package with your own courier service, then the transport costs are borne by you and the store is not responsible for any delays that may occur.

• Saturday deliveries are made after consultation with the customer by phone and there is an extra charge for transport.

• Orders placed by 2pm on working days (Monday-Friday)are dispatched the same day otherwise they are processed and dispatched the next working day.

• Orders are delivered 9:00 - 17:00 at your location. Please ensure someone is available to collect and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to make arrangements with the courier to arrange delivery of your shipment.

• Collections from the store are accepted after telephone consultation (+30 22210 86322) for information on the availability of the products and other information. 

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRIES 

All products, if available, are sent by courier and delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order confirmation day.

• Shipping costs are €20 with the DHL service within the European Union

• Shipping costs are €25 with DHL service outside the European Union

• The cash on delivery service is not available. All other payment methods that you can see on the page Payment Methods are valid.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the order delivery date. You can either replace your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE

Within the 14-day period you have to decide regarding the Return of the product or any part of your order, you must complete the Product Return Form that you will find in your package as well as here. Fill out this form and place it inside the package for the courier company to collect.

From the moment we receive the parcel and we will examine whether the returned products are in their original quality condition and have not been removed from their tags. The products must not have been worn, used or soiled, must be sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.

As long as the above conditions are met, only then will we be able to process the request you submitted to us in the product return form.

- What applies only for Greece .Thefirst changeproduct (e.g. change of number, color, design or product)is carried out free of charge for the customer. Further returns / changes are charged with the amount of €6 by the cooperating company ACS Courier or General Post.

- In case of cancellation of the order, the value of theproduct will be refunded. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. 

- In the case of a return of an order (unclaimed or undeliverable) which has been paid upon completion, shipping & return costs of €6 will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.

-For all other countries: Shipping, customs and return costs are borne by the customer.

REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

• We can replace the product or products or part of the order that you returned to us with another color, size or code, if availability at that particular time is possible. In the event that replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, color, size, etc. we offer you alternatives such as using a credit voucher that we will send you for future purchases or a refund.
• In the event that wrong or defective products were sold in the first place, you may not accept to receive the products or request their replacement. In the case of replacement, wewill return the order to you with the corresponding correct oneswithout the shipping charges or if you wish a refund will be made.
• To return and replace the product at your location, you must fill in the product return form and place it inside the package for the courier company to pick up.
• All returned products must be in their original quality condition and not have these tags removed. The products must be in excellent condition, not worn, used and soiled, sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
• Also, if the product you are returning has a security seal, it must not have been tampered with.
• We emphasize that you cannot return for hygiene reasons: earrings.

REFUND

• The refund process can begin immediately once the returned items are received at our store and checked to be in perfect condition and in their original condition.
• Refunds are made only to the original credit card, Paypal account or bank account used to pay for the order.
• Refunds are not made in our physical store, only remotely
• Refunds will be made within 30 calendar days of the date we receive the product you returned to us. The processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit card. We can replace the product or products or part of the order that you returned to us with another color, size or code, if the availability at the specific time moment is possible.

You can make your purchases from our online store in the following ways:

• REFUND (REFUND FEE €1.50 - APPLIES ONLY FOR GREECE FOR PURCHASES UP TO 500 EUROS)

In the Checkout process you can choose "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method. You can pay by cash on delivery at the moment you receive the products from the partner courier company. Payment is made in cash. No credit card needed. Cash on delivery has a charge of €1.50 and is only available in Greece for orders up to €500.

• BANK DEPOSIT

You can make your payments to one of the accounts in one of the cooperating banks you see below. In this case you will need to send us an email at info@beautycollection.grconfirmation of your paymentto the bank, for the amount you deposited, in which case your order will be completed with shipment, if the deposit appears in the account us.Please quote your order number in your payment to avoid delays. This process can take up to 2 business days, depending on the bank's process. Finally, any bank charges should be covered by the customer.
