Shipping policy

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS IN GREECE

Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday from 9 am - 14:00 pm (except Saturdays and holidays). The parcels are sent all over Greece & Cyprus from our store in Chalkida, 23 Ermou (tel. + 30 22210 86322).

  • The orders up to 69.90€ have shipping costs 4€. FREE SHIPPING for purchases from 70 € and above (only for Greece)
  • Cash on delivery service not charged by us and valid exclusively for Greece up to the amount of 500€ (for larger amounts you see others payment methods)
  • All products, if available, are sent with the courier service Speedex (courier) and are delivered within 2-5 working days from the day of order confirmation (for Cyprus 7-12 days).
  • Exceptions are cases for which parcels cannot be transported due to weather conditions, strikes or holidays.
  • In case you want to pick up the parcel with your own courier service then the shipping costs are borne by you and for any delays that may occur no responsibility is borne by the store.
  • Deliveries for Saturday are made after consultation with the customer by phone and there is extra charge for shipping.
  • Orders placed until 14:00 on working days (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day otherwise processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders are delivered from 9:00 to 17:00 at your place. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. Otherwise, you will need to contact the courier to arrange delivery of your shipment.
  • Receipts from the store are accepted after telephone consultation (+30 22210 86322) for information on the availability of products and other information.

 

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO CYPRUS, ROMANIA AND BULGARIA

All products, if available, are sent by courier service and are delivered within 7-12 working days (Monday-Friday) from the day of order confirmation.

  • Shipping costs to Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria are 14€
  • Free shipping for purchases over € 250
  • Cash on delivery service not is available. All other payment methods you can see on the page apply Payment methods
