RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the order delivery date. You can either replace your products or request a refund.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
Within the 14-day period you have to decide regarding the Return of the product or any part of your order, you must complete the Product Return Form that you will find in your package as well as here. Fill out this form and place it inside the package for the courier company to collect.
From the moment we receive the parcel and we will examine whether the returned products are in their original quality condition and have not been removed from their tags. The products must not have been worn, used or soiled, must be sealed, complete and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
As long as the above conditions are met, only then will we be able to process the request you submitted to us in the product return form.
