RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. You can either exchange your products or request a refund.

PRODUCT RETURN

You can return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from its receipt as shown by the records of the courier company from which you received it. The product to be returned must be in excellent condition, unused/unworn, and in the product packaging as you received it without the packaging or product being altered in any way. Altered, used, or dirty products are not accepted.

REFUND

  • Yes, refunds are made. In case of product return, the refund concerns exclusively the value of the product. Shipping and cash on delivery fees are not refunded.
  • For international orders, in case of withdrawal, the refunded amount concerns exclusively the exact price of the product. Shipping costs, any customs duties, taxes, or other additional costs (e.g., return shipping fees) are not refunded.
  • The refund process can start immediately once the returned items are received at our store and checked to be in excellent and original condition.
  • Refunds are made only to the original credit card, Paypal account, or bank account used to pay for the order.
  • Refunds are not made at our physical store, only remotely.
  • The refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the date we receive the product you returned. Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card. We can replace the product or products or part of the order you returned with another color, size, or code, if availability at that time allows.
  • Credit in the form of a coupon for future purchases from our online store is possible.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

  • Applies only for Greece. The first product exchange (e.g., size, color, design, or product change) is made free of charge for the customer. Further returns/exchanges are charged €7 by the cooperating courier company ACS or Courier Center.
  • We can replace the product or products or part of the order you returned with another color, size, or code, if availability at that time allows. If replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, color, size, etc., we offer alternative solutions such as a credit coupon for future purchases or a refund.
  • If products were sold incorrectly or defective from the start, you can refuse to accept the products or request their replacement. In case of replacement, we will send you the order with the correct items without charging shipping costs or, if you prefer, a refund will be made.
  • To make a return and exchange of the product at your location, you must fill out the product return form and place it inside the package for the courier company to collect.
  • All returned products must be in their original quality condition and their tags must not have been removed. Products must be in excellent condition, unworn, unused, free of dirt, sealed, complete, and without any damage. The packaging of the returned product must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
  • Also, if the product you return has a security seal, it must not have been tampered with.
